Day 01 ARRIVAL DELHI
Welcome to Delhi!
Upon arrival at the International airport, our
representative will welcome you and transfer you
to your hotel.
Day 02 IN DELHI
A full to explore the rich heritage of Delhi.
Take an exhilarating cycle rickshaw ride through
Chandni Chowk, stop at the Jama Masjid – an
architectural extravaganza of Mughal emperor
Shah Jahan and explore the colorful bazaar of
Old Delhi.
From old Delhi, drive to Gandhi Museum to
understand the life philosophy of Mahatma
Gandhi and his contribution to form the base of
today’s India.
Drive past the monuments created by the British
during their rule in India to get an insight into
India’s heritage in the colonial era.
End your day with a visit to Humayun Tomb. This
magnificent garden tomb is the first substantial
example of Mughal architecture in India.
Day 03 DELHI
Today, embark on a guided visit to Akshardham
temple, known as the world's largest
comprehensive Hindu temple, which displays the soul
of Indian culture, civilization, traditions, and
spirituality. The Akshardham experience is an
enlightening journey through India’s glorious art,
values, and contributions to the progress,
happiness, and harmony of humankind.
The afternoon is a leisure for you to explore the
city on your own.
Day 04 DELHI
After a leisurely breakfast, proceed for a guided
visit to the craft museum. This museum is a great
center to learn about the regional arts and textiles of
India. You may also witness the demonstration
workshop done by artists across the country
to showcase their crafts.
Later embark on a food testing walk to get a taste
of the street food culture of Old Delhi. Led by a
noted food enthusiast, you will visit traditional
food stalls that developed in the folds of the
culture of Old Delhi. At each stop, you will unravel
the history, traditions, and culture behind the
"house specialties". The experience will end at
Karim's, a well-known Mughlai eatery in Old
Delhi.
Day 05 DELHI - AGRA
After breakfast, drive to Agra – the home to
many Mughal monuments showcasing India’s
diversity.
In the late afternoon, embark on a guided visit to
Agra fort- a magnificent example of Mughal
Architecture.
Day 06 AGRA - JAIPUR
Early this morning, you will be taken to
experience the ethereal beauty of the ultimate
symbol of love – the Taj Mahal.
Later, drive on to Jaipur – the colorful capital of
Rajasthan.
In the late afternoon, embark on a guided walk
through the bazaar – an excellent opportunity to
get a glimpse of local life and witness how
local trading is being done. You may also taste a
few local delicacies, like a glass of lassi or a
samosa. You can also participate to paint one hand with Heena Tattoo – a traditional art
form believed to be auspicious mainly for
married women.
Day 07 IN JAIPUR
Start your day with a guided visit to City Palace –
the residence of the Jaipur royal family which is now
turned into a museum.
Continue your exploration to Jantar Mantar – a
Royal Astronomical Observatory which is a great
example of scientific minds in ancient India,.
End your day with a visit to Amber Fort. With its
amazing architecture that combines Mughal and
Hindu styles, the fort is a sight to watch and walk
through with its high ramparts, many gates,
cobbled paths, and splendid view. In the late
afternoon, visit an Elephant village (Hathi gaon)
which was set up by the government in 2010 to
give proper shelter and water facilities to all the
families and their elephants that served tourists
in and around Amer Fort during the day. Along
with all the homes and shelters for the elephants
there are big man-made ponds in the village
designed specifically for elephants to relax and
bathe in it after a long hard day's work. People
can visit the place and enjoy the sight of many
elephants playing and bathing in the open which is a
rare sight in this part of India.
Day 08 JAIPUR - JODHPUR
This morning, leave Jaipur for Jodhpur by road.
On the way, stop at Bagru to witness the Block
printing work. Also try your hands to create a
souvenir using this art form.
In the afternoon, visit a local home in Jodhpur to
understand family values in India followed by a
culinary session to try your hands on some Indian
dishes. Dinner will be arranged with your host’s
family.
Day 09 IN JODHPUR
Embark on a privately guided tour to explore the
architectural marvel of Mehrangarh Fort followed
by a visit to Jaswant Thada - the royal mausoleum
and a classic example of the Rajputana
architecture which brilliantly assimilates Hindu
and Mughal styles.
This afternoon, enjoy a leisurely time at the hotel
to enjoy the hotel amenities or you have the
option to explore the market of Jodhpur.
Day 10 JODHPUR- UDAIPUR
On this day, leave Jodhpur for Udaipur by
surface.
On the way, stop at the Ranakpur Jain temple – a
beautiful marble temple showcasing India’s unity
in diversity.
In the late afternoon, enjoy a boat ride on Lake
Pichola at sunset.
Day 11 IN UDAIPUR
Explore the main sights of Udaipur such as the
exquisite City Palace with its many galleries and the
16th-century Jagdish Temple in the heart of the old
town.
Later, take a stroll on the Gangaur Ghat to witness
the local life and explore the markets.
This evening, enjoy a farewell dinner at a special
venue overlooking the lake.
Day 12 UDAIPUR – DELHI- DEPART
After a leisurely morning, transfer to the airport to
board your flight to Delhi.
Upon arrival in Delhi, you will be transferred to a
hotel located near the airport to freshen up.
In time, you will be transferred to the international
terminal to board your onward flight
